FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This Monteith superior quality high durability pigment ink system is designed to operate efficiently on the Mutoh Albatross solvent printing platform.
Combining two year exterior durability and high abrasion resistance, the ink is ideal for general use in sign, display and vehicle applications. The system delivers consistent colour and print characteristics batch-to-batch ensuring maximum operational performance, job repeatability and minimal downtime.
FEATURES + BENEFITS:
Monteith ink delivers a wide colour gamut, high density and long term exterior performance. The ink system has proven resistance to the effects of UV degradation and colour fading. When used correctly the ink can reproduce the deepest solid colours and the subtlest tones to create the most vibrant and natural images.
APPLICATIONS AND COMPATIBLE MATERIALS:
Typical applications include; sign, display, advertising and vehicle graphics.
This ink has been designed to deliver excellent adhesion and flexibility on most self-supporting flexible PVC based materials and self-adhesive vinyl films.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
2 years outdoor durability without lamination.
5 years indoor durability without lamination.
5 years outdoor durability with approved lamination. Full details of the Monteith Durability Warranty are available upon request.

STORAGE INFORMATION:
Store ink at 77oF (25oC) or below in a well ventilated area.
Keep away from heat and all ignition sources, such as heat, sparks, and flames. Keep container closed and use proper grounding
procedures. Ink should be allowed to reach room temperature before printing.
The recommended shelf life of this product is 10 months when stored under preferred conditions.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
Avoid breathing vapours and mist - in case of inhalation remove person from exposure, administer artificial respiration if breathing has
stopped. Seek medical attention at once. Avoid contact with eyes - if ink comes into contact with eyes, flush with large amounts of
water until irritation subsides. If irritation persists seek medical attention. If ink comes into contact with the skin - flush with large
amounts of water and use mild soap to wash affected area. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. If swallowed do
not induce vomiting, keep at rest and seek medical attention at once.
HANDLING INFORMATION:
It is highly recommended that local exhaust ventilation utilising mechanical explosion-proof equipment is used in confined and other
operational areas. For respiratory protection it is also highly recommended that approved self-contained breathing apparatus or an
organic vapour cartridge respirator is worn.
Chemically resistant gloves (such as nitrile/butyl), safety glasses with side shields (or full-face shield) and long sleeved clothing and
aprons should be worn when handling inks and cleaning solvents.
If material is released or spilled, eliminate all sources of ignition and prevent spills with sand or earth from entering sewers, water
courses and low areas. Recover by pumping or by using a suitable absorbent material. Place in suitable container for proper disposal.
Emptied containers retain vapour and product residue. Observe all labeled warnings. Do not reuse empty containers without
commercial cleaning or reconditioning. This product is highly toxic to aquatic life.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION:
Waste disposal method. Dispose of in accordance with local, provincial and federal regulations.
Incinerate or landfill in approved facility and notify the appropriate environmental agencies.
